7. No Guarantee or Endorsement Helping Famiy is a neutral platform and does not verify every listing, beneficiary, or donor. We do not guarantee the authenticity, reliability, or outcomes of any campaigns or user-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability Helping Famiy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from use or misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities by users, technical errors, or unauthorized access. You use the platform at your own risk.

9. Termination of Access Helping Famiy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms.

10. Modifications Helping Famiy may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

Donation Disclaimer

No Fund Collection or Management

Helping Famiy does not collect, manage, or distribute any funds or donations. All donations are made directly by the donor to the donee.

Platform Role

The platform acts only as a facilitator and assumes no responsibility for any transaction, its outcome, or any issues arising from it.

No Trustee or Intermediary Role

The Company does not act as a trustee, agent, intermediary, or beneficiary of any donation.

Voluntary Transactions All donations are private, voluntary transactions between donors and donees. Donors are advised to conduct independent due diligence before donating.

No Receipts or Confirmation The Company does not issue receipts, confirmations, or acknowledgments unless explicitly authorized by the beneficiary.

No Returns or Benefits Helping Famiy does not provide any return, benefit, promise, or share in exchange for donations.

No Liability for Misuse The Company is not responsible for misuse of funds, fraud, or non-fulfillment of commitments by beneficiaries.

Donor Responsibility Donors agree that Helping Famiy shall not be held liable for any claims, disputes, or obligations arising from donations.

Compliance with Law Donations must not originate from illegal or suspicious sources. Donors are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws. No Legal Relationship Making a donation through this platform does not create any legal, fiduciary, or trustee relationship between Helping Famiy, the donor, or the beneficiary.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes between donors and beneficiaries must be resolved directly between them. Helping Famiy shall not be a party to such disputes.

Data Protection Only essential personal information may be collected for compliance or communication purposes. This information is securely maintained under applicable data protection laws.

Jurisdiction All legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. Disclaimer Updates Helping Famiy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.

Arbitration All donation-related disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Nashik, Maharashtra, India. The Company retains the exclusive right to appoint arbitrators. Their decision shall be final and binding. All arbitration costs shall be borne by donors and donees as determined by the arbitrator(s).
